The Strategy

With the Mens' grooming market seeing huge growth in recent years, Patrol needed a new look to appeal to the modern man. With targeted treatments for problem skin, Bump Patrol already had a loyal following but they were no longer gaining new customers.

Our goal was to connect with African American men, offering them a sense of empowerment and emphasising that self-care knows no gender or race boundaries. Through specialised skincare and tailored grooming solutions, the brand is committed to addressing their unique needs and ensuring they feel supported—we've got you, because we're on the same team. Our vibrant packaging, with its bold colours, is designed to stand out amidst a sea of blue and grey. And with all the other elements, from the photography to the tone of voice, embodying a brand that is both genuine and relatable.

The Outcome

After launch, Patrol saw a significant increase in sales and engagement with its target audience, as well as maintaining their original customer base. The new branding is slick and much more appealing for the modern man, and their expansive range of skin and beard products they give you the tools to be yourself, be confident and be ready...
